Group Tenancy invites residents to your group for a price and limited time. Thus, resident pays the terminal and becomes your group tenant. After the tenancy period expires, resident gets ejected from the group automatically.<\/p>\n

How it works<\/h2>\n

  1. You list your group with Group Tenancy, set the membership\u00a0period & rez an in-world Terminal<\/li>\n
  2. Visitor pays to the Payment\u00a0Terminal<\/li>\n
  3. Bot sends a group invitation<\/li>\n
  4. …time passes<\/li>\n
  5. Once a group membership\u00a0period\u00a0expires, bot ejects the\u00a0resident from the group.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The add-on includes\u00a0transactional IMs: the greeting message, payment reminder and ejection message.<\/p>\n
