Sim Governor Restarts

Sim restarts can be performed by your bot in two ways. One-Time restarts cause the bot to only perform the restart once, while Periodic restarts cause the sim to restart at a certain time that you specify.

Alive Barkeeper Bot is the first of SmartBots "[[Alive_Bots|Alive Bots]]". These Bots have automated features that are made specifically for a special task. As the name suggests instead of just staying still or switching between animations (if you are using the [[Bot Pose Stand]]) it interacts with anyone that touches it.

Alive Bot's were created to look more realistic by allowing people to interact with them. Barkeeper is made specifically for doing bar keeping whether in a roleplay environment or for making your bar look more realistic with a Barkeeper.

When a person touches the Alive Barkeeper Bot they receive a message in local chat and then provides them with a menu to select the type of drink then the drink itself:

Then they will be asked to pay the bot L$1 after which they will receive their drink in-world (persons can pay the bot more than L$1 and they will still receive their drink).

The bot will also send messages and plays animation with each of the steps being completed to make it look more realistic.

Linden Lab has put in place a new policy which limits the amount of messages a bot can send daily (You can read the policy [http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Bot_policy here]). Please view the FAQ below for more details:

Any form of communication that is sent from your bots to someone else (Such as an IM, a group notice, message to local chat/group chat, inventory offers and group invites).

Support Prim

Support Prim is a simple device you can use to encourage your customers to contact you. Think of it as a button which asks your [[Personal bots|Personal Bot]] to contact the customer:

Support Prim is being configured using a .config notecard found inside the device. You have to specify at least your bot's name and [[Bot access code|bot access code]]:

You pay for the add-on only once. After purchasing the add-on, you are free to attach it to your bot, and detach when required.
