Your bot listens for incoming group messages from a specific group and forwards them to another, with a configurable delay.
Features:
- Configurable listen and broadcast groups.
- Add a delay (in seconds) to rebroadcast messages.
Notes:
- Due to API restrictions, it is not currently possible to forward attachments from notices.
