SmartShare Tenant Inviter (SSTI)
SmartShare Tenant Inviter (SSTI) is a special plugin for HippoRent. SSTI allows for flexible and centralized management of tenants and provides the following features:
- Automatically invite tenants to SL group (any role)
- Automatically eject when rent expires or owner boots
- Tenant can invite/remove Partners and Guests
- Landlord has access to a web interface to see all the tenants and their guests
- The complete tenant's activity log is available
- Send expiration reminders to tenants automatically
SSTI is configured using a main server (no need to separately configure each HippoBox): only need to edit the configuration note card in the SSTI server.
Partners and Guests
Partners and Guests are friends of tenants who automatically gain the land rights. They are being invited by Tenant and get the group invitation automatically.
All Tenant's Partners and Guests are being ejected from the group when rent expires. Land owner is able to see the complete invitation history, even if Partner/Guest has been ejected already.
