Is it possible to script a bot to perform in-world SL Event searches and receive the results?

    Hello Fallandale,

No, we don’t have the event search function yet. It is not planned but can be added to the backlog. What kind of functionality do you need?

Thanks for the fast reply. I have a client who manages in-world performers and would like to do an automated search of SL events that contain the performer’s name. An in-world scripted object would pass a search string to the bot, the bot would then pass the search string to the SL Event Search function, get the search results back, and pass that back to the in-world scripted object. The object would probably be a display board showing events currently posted for each performer. It would also be used by the manager to makes sure all the events were actually seen in searches and/or flag erroneous event information.
