SmartBots direct group invitations are now integrated with SHX Welcome board!
This means that you can use the powerful visitor greeter and counter, and send them the direct group invitations (no obscure chat links anymore!).
You can setup SHX Greeter to work with your SmartBots account. To get SHX Greeter, login to your SmartBots account and click on the “Advanced Greeters” menu item.
We also have cool human-like reception girls to install in your office – login to take a look!
As you may already know, SmartBots allow you to participate in and control your group chat using web browser:
Now you can assign the chat moderators to monitor your Second Life group chat. Chat moderators are able to login to SmartBots account, look after the SL group chat and eject spammers. Read more here!
The graphical representation of your SL group effectiveness is now available!
The graph displays two values: the number of sent invitations and number of accepted invitations (see example picture at the right).
The graph allows to evaluate the average amount of accepted invitations, and acceptance rate. The usual acceptance rate is 15-30% (e.g. 15 of 100 visitors join your group). The graph also allows to evaluate your Second Life group description effectiveness.
