Daily e-mail stats updated

Changed stats e-mail format We’ve updated the daily email format. It is almost the same, but contains more useful data now: invitation location, detailed location etc.

We are also removing the duplicate invitation entries (which were very annoying within reports from automated script inviters).

Here’s how the email looks like now:

If you have any wishes on daily report emails, it is a very good time to contact is and make them even better!

P.S. We know that some of our fellow customers automatically process these e-mails to extract statistical data. Hope we did not messed much in your systems and our changes will be easy to adopt.

New sim control API functions

New HTTP API commands We’ve just published 4 new API functions:

sim_access – manage sim access list (ban/unban etc)
sim_kick – kick resident from the sim (without banning)
sim_return – return objects of the resident
sim_send_message – send message to all sim visitors

These functions give your bot a complete control over the sim. Handle with care!

We’ve also renamed the “simrestart” function to sim_restart for a consistency (however, the old name still working so your scripts won’t break).

Important! Upcoming maintenance on May 11th

Scheduled maintenance notification Dear SmartBots Customers,

On May 11th our provider will be running the data center upgrades and the whole cluster of SmartBots servers will become unavailable for 1-3 hours between 5AM and 5PM GMT (5:00 to 17:00 GMT). We will settle all bots to the temporary servers to keep all of them online. However, the web interface will be offline, and you won’t be able to use HUDs and other in-world devices.

To summarize:

Maintenance is expected to take 1-3 hours
Maintenance will start on May 11th at 5AM GMT
Bots will still online
Web servers and in-world devices will be offline

Contact our support in case you get any questions!
We will stay online during the whole migration period.
